Role description
I am looking for a People Data Analyst to join our team and drive evidence-based decision-making through impactful people analytics. This is a Fixed Term Contract offering a 12 month engagement.
Based in Liverpool, this role requires 2 days per week onsite, offering a great opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders in a collaborative environment.
Youβll be instrumental in delivering high-quality reports and insights using SAP SuccessFactors Report Stories, Power BI, and SQL (Snowflake) to support strategic HR and business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Design, build and maintain reports and dashboards using SuccessFactors Report Stories and Power BI.
β’ Develop and optimise SQL queries to extract, transform and analyse large datasets from Snowflake and other HR data sources.
β’ Partner with HR and business leaders to understand data needs and deliver evidence-based insights to inform decision-making.
β’ Translate complex data into clear, actionable reports and visualisations.
β’ Ensure data accuracy, integrity and compliance with internal standards and data protection policies.
Essential Skills & Experience
β’ Proven experience in a People Data Analyst or similar role within HR or workforce analytics.
β’ Hands-on experience delivering SuccessFactors Report Stories.
β’ Strong proficiency in Power BI for building intuitive and effective dashboards.
β’ Advanced SQL skills (preferably with Snowflake) for querying and interpreting large datasets.
β’ Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
β’ Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
β’ Understanding of HR data, metrics, and best practices in people analytics.
β’ Commitment to data privacy, GDPR and ethical data handling.
