Role description
I am looking for a People Data Analyst to join our team and drive evidence-based decision-making through impactful people analytics. This is a Fixed Term Contract offering a 12 month engagement. Based in Liverpool, this role requires 2 days per week onsite, offering a great opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders in a collaborative environment. You’ll be instrumental in delivering high-quality reports and insights using SAP SuccessFactors Report Stories, Power BI, and SQL (Snowflake) to support strategic HR and business initiatives. Key Responsibilities β€’ Design, build and maintain reports and dashboards using SuccessFactors Report Stories and Power BI. β€’ Develop and optimise SQL queries to extract, transform and analyse large datasets from Snowflake and other HR data sources. β€’ Partner with HR and business leaders to understand data needs and deliver evidence-based insights to inform decision-making. β€’ Translate complex data into clear, actionable reports and visualisations. β€’ Ensure data accuracy, integrity and compliance with internal standards and data protection policies. Essential Skills & Experience β€’ Proven experience in a People Data Analyst or similar role within HR or workforce analytics. β€’ Hands-on experience delivering SuccessFactors Report Stories. β€’ Strong proficiency in Power BI for building intuitive and effective dashboards. β€’ Advanced SQL skills (preferably with Snowflake) for querying and interpreting large datasets. β€’ Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy. β€’ Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly to non-technical audiences. β€’ Understanding of HR data, metrics, and best practices in people analytics. β€’ Commitment to data privacy, GDPR and ethical data handling.
