Use data visualization tools to create reports that communicate key insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track workforce trends and performance indicators in One Model.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by working closely with HR technology systems and platforms.
Qualifications: Qualifications
3+ years of experience in people and/or talent analytics.
Expertise in data visualization platforms such as One Model, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and present complex data insights clearly.
Ability to apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive business outcomes.
