Location: Cincinnati, OH (Onsite) Contract role Job Description: Required Skills: • The Performance Test Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing performance testing activities using Neo Load. • This role focuses on ensuring application reliability, scalability, and responsiveness under various load conditions. • The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in performance scripting, test execution, endurance testing, and comprehensive reporting, as well as strong leadership and communication skills. Must Have Skillsets: • Strong enterprise level experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner). Hands-on experience with Neo Load for scripting, execution, and reporting. • Strong knowledge of performance testing concepts: load, stress, endurance, scalability, and capacity planning. Proficiency in analysing system metrics (CPU, memory, network, database) during tests. Provide guidance on integrating Neo Load tests into CI/CD pipelines, including sample scripts and best practices. Experience with test data management, environment setup, and monitoring tools. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams. • Draft executive summaries, detailed performance reports, and visualizations for stakeholders. Summarize findings, draft talking points, or prepare presentations for meetings with technical and business teams. Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Nice To Have Experiences/Skills: Knowledge of cloud environments and distributed systems.
