Job Description • The Physical Distribution Specialist will provide support to the logistics team during the S4Hanna integration • RTP Logistics group mailbox coverage • Facilitate master data article extensions for the distribution/deployment network • Assist with Bulk In house planning and inventory reconciliations • Execute STO (Stock Transport Orders) • Project support as needed • Ad-hoc analysis requests Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain / Business Management, Engineering, or related experience is required (Note: Other disciplines would be considered with demonstrated successful Supply Chain experience.) • 2-4 years' experience in manufacturing, customer service, sales, production planning role, SAP competency role or equivalent. • Strong experience with SAP or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is mandatory • Ability to conduct root cause problem solving • Experience working on cross-functional teams • Strong analytical skills/attention to detail required • Advanced Excel skills (big data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUP,etc.) • Visualization creation experience a plus (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) • Strong SAP supply knowledge / support to 3PL warehouses Benefits Healthcare Insurance: Synectics offers eligible employees and their dependents healthcare coverage through BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus.
