Location: Reston, VA or Plano, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week) Job Description: We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in PingFederate and PingAccess to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a senior-level resource with hands-on experience deploying and managing Ping products in cloud environments such as AWS or any other major cloud platform. The focus of this role is on PingAccess and PingFederate, with working knowledge of related technologies such as PingOne and PingID being highly desirable. Candidates with programming skills in Java and Groovy and a good understanding of cloud infrastructure will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage authentication and access management solutions using PingFederate and PingAccess. Configure and maintain Ping products in cloud-based environments (AWS or equivalent). Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and development teams to ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PingAccess and PingFederate configurations and deployments. Support upgrades, patching, and performance tuning of Ping environments. Required Skills: 3–5 years of hands-on experience with PingFederate and PingAccess. Experience deploying Ping products in AWS or other cloud platforms. Strong understanding of identity and access protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OIDC. Programming/scripting skills in Java and Groovy. Familiarity with PingOne, PingID, and other Ping Identity tools. Nice to Have: Experience with IAM concepts. Exposure to other identity providers like Okta. Certifications related to Ping Identity or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
