About the Role
• The Portfolio Insights Lead will serve as a strategic partner to Global Medical (GM) and the Global Medical Leadership Team (GMLT), leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that drive portfolio-level decision-making.
• This role combines deep analytical expertise with strong leadership and project management capabilities to deliver insights and lead strategic initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and medical strategy execution.
• You will be responsible for both shaping the global medical insights strategy and leading other priority projects that span the medical portfolio—ranging from capability building and process optimization to strategic planning and executive-level reporting.
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or related field; advanced degree (e.g., PharmD, PhD, MBA) preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with at least 3 years in Medical Affairs or healthcare consulting.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives.
