Technical Skills: Oracle, PostgreSQL Responsibilities: - Develop and implement geospatial applications using Java to enhance data analysis capabilities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize geospatial data models. - Utilize Oracle and PostgreSQL databases to manage and query large geospatial datasets efficiently. - Ensure the integration of geospatial data with existing systems to support business objectives. - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality software development. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to geospatial applications and databases. - Stay updated with the latest geospatial technologies and incorporate them into projects. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers in the team. - Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment. - Optimize application performance and scalability to handle increasing data volumes. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address their geospatial data needs. - Document technical specifications and project progress for future reference. - Contribute to the company's mission by delivering impactful geospatial solutions that benefit society.
