Power Automate Developer - Automation

Overview:
We re looking for a hands-on Power Platform Developer to design, build, and support internal automation and workflow solutions that streamline business processes and improve data management. This role combines development, support, and user training, with a strong focus on Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI to automate workflows and support business operations
• Support and troubleshoot internal tools, ensuring security, reliability, and performance
• Train and assist teams in effectively using Power Platform and SharePoint Online tools
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into efficient solutions
• Write automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting languages
• Query and analyze large datasets using Kusto Query Language (KQL) or comparable tools
• Ensure all solutions follow security and IT governance best practices
• Contribute to a culture of self-sufficiency, process improvement, and documentation
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience with system implementations or digital transformation projects
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
• Working knowledge of MDM platforms like Intune and Active Directory
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python
• Proficient in query languages, preferably KQL
• Understanding of SDLC, Information Security principles, and low-code platforms (e.g., Appian BPM)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams
Nice to Have:
• Experience supporting or training business users on Microsoft tools
• Familiarity with SharePoint Online, Teams integration, and Office 365 administration
• Previous consulting or client-facing experience
