Power Automate/Power Apps Developer

Hybrid role in Rahway, NJ. onsite work expected 2-3 days/week. W2 Candidates only Job Description • This role is for a Power Automate/ Power Apps SME to help design, develop and support our business solution of “smart forms” for supporting centralized data entry/data quality activities using the Microsoft Power Platform. • This work will be critical to the transition to the Veeva Registrations Vault. • The smart forms are an element of a critical multimillion dollar project that impacts our business system global userbase and release of product. • This role will work closely with stakeholders and the business for content and reviews and will be supported by Veeva and Regulatory SMEs to help develop the appropriate forms related to various business scenarios/user stories. Responsibilities/Deliverables • Transition current data entry forms and new scenarios/user stories to Smart Forms utilizing Power Automate/ Power Apps • Deliver data entry forms based on agile methodology • Deliver data entry forms that are smart, user friendly and support “error handling” Qualifications: • BS/BA Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction or related disciplines • Proven experience as a developer in PowerApps, specifically around integrating API calls/endpoints to retrieve live data in real time. • Proven experience with Microsoft Platform, Power Automate / Power Apps • Understanding of business process automation and workflow “logic” management • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills • Excellent written and verbal communications and attention to detail • Interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with others • Able to work independently to deliver objectives for the team • Ability to optimize user experience through research and design • Proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) Preferred Skills: • Pharma experience and regulatory knowledge is highly preferred. • Veeva RIM registrations Who We Are: The Fountain Group is a nationwide staffing firm with over 80 Fortune 100-500 clients.
