Power BI Analyst / Agile Tools & Insights Analyst

Hybrid Onsite Every Other Week in Westlake, TX The role supports Jira Align, Jira, and related agile tools while delivering Power BI analytics and data visualization. It collaborates with leaders, agile teams, coaches, and end users to drive tool adoption, standardization, and actionable insights. The position develops robust Power BI data models and dashboards using portfolio management data, Snowflake, SQL, and Oracle. The outcome enables transparent portfolio and program decisions across technology and business partners. Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Rate: $66.00 to $76.00/hr. w2 Job Number #: JN -032026-106020 Responsibilities • Support implementation, deployment, integration, and administration of Jira, Jira Align, and related agile tools. • Partner with leaders, agile teams, coaches, and end users to promote adoption and standardization of tooling. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Jira, Jira Align, agile tools, and intake forms. • Build, publish, and maintain customized interactive Power BI reports and dashboards. • Analyze, design, develop, test, deploy, and support Power BI data models. • Perform advanced data analysis using SQL, Snowflake, Oracle databases, and Excel. • Guide and mentor teams on Power BI adoption and best practices. • Collaborate with business, technology, and enterprise stakeholders to improve transparency and planning. Experience Requirements • Hands-on usage and administration of Jira within enterprise agile tool ecosystems. • Strong experience with Jira Align (AgileCraft) and other agile planning tools. • Proven ability to troubleshoot Jira, Jira Align, agile tools, and intake workflows. • Extensive experience creating and maintaining interactive Power BI reports and dashboards. • Demonstrated expertise building and supporting Power BI data models end to end. • Advanced SQL skills with Snowflake and Oracle data sources, plus Excel proficiency. • Experience mentoring teams on Power BI best practices and adoption. • Strong collaboration and communication skills to support change management and adoption.
