Power BI Analyst/Tableau Analyst

Job Title: Systems Analyst 3 Location: Austin, TX 78751 (Hybrid) Duration: 5 months Contract with possibility to extension Job Description: Candidate will support the State Health Analytics Reporting Platform (SHARP) by creating dashboards and reports using Tableau or PowerBI as determined by the business requirements. He/she will translate business requirements into Tableau/PowerBI reports, and work with the program staff to ensure it meets the needs of the customer. He/she will participate in testing or reports and dashboards to ensure proper function, and work with coworkers to publish and promote the reports as needed. Experience with Informatica ETL tools strongly preferred. Candidate will be required to be on site 3 days per week currently, but this is subject to change. Candidate Skills and Qualifications: Years Required/Preferred Experience 8 Required Creating reports or data analysis, using Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, Cognos, Business Objects, QlikView or similar. 4 Preferred working with very large scale data sets in Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Snowflake, or similar. 2 Preferred experience working with Informatica ETL tools strongly preferred. 2 Preferred working with Tableau creating dashboards and reports. 2 Preferred working with PowerBI creating dashboards and reports.
