Salary: $47.50 to $55.00 hourly Description We are looking for a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Saint Paul, Minnesota. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements, support reporting initiatives, and enhance data-driven decision-making processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of standardized reporting tools and collaborate with cross-functional teams in the hospitality industry. Responsibilities • Partner with product owners and divisional stakeholders to gather and define reporting requirements. • Develop and maintain standardized reporting dashboards for finance teams and senior management. • Create detailed and structured business requirement documents to capture stakeholder needs. • Utilize tools such as DevOps for user story planning, tracking, and documentation. • Communicate requirements clearly to the development team and validate deliverables. • Conduct user acceptance testing and perform thorough data validation. • Collaborate with leadership to plan and prioritize project roadmaps. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions. • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality reporting tools and processes. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field with at least three years of relevant experience. • Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and tools like DevOps or Jira. • Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex ideas effectively. • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills. • Self-motivated and results-driven with a high degree of integrity.
