• Power BI Business Partner - 12 month FTC
Our client is a leading UK public sector organization providing specialist services to the NHS. They are transforming their data capabilities through implementing new data warehouse technology, Tableau, and other advanced analytics tools to support strategic decision-making and operational excellence.
We're seeking a skilled Power BI Business Partner to join their Business Intelligence team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will work closely with stakeholders to deliver business intelligence solutions, manage data-related products, and provide insights that support the organization's strategic objectives.
Location: Central London - Hybrid (1 day per week on-site)
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum
The Power BI Business Partner will:
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to support senior management decision-making
• Act as single point of contact for specific business areas on all data-related requirements
• Analyze complex datasets from multiple sources to produce meaningful insights and reports
• Create stakeholder management plans and provide regular updates on business priorities
• Collaborate with operational teams to identify data problems and negotiate solutions
• Design bespoke reports and analysis to meet changing business requirements
• Support Freedom of Information Act requests through data preparation and analysis
• Deliver training on reports and technical topics to maximize business value from data
• Manage multiple workflows and projects using agile methodologies
The Power BI Business Partner will have:
• Advanced Excel skills with proven ability to analyze complex datasets
• Intermediate Power BI experience with hands-on report building capabilities
• Intermediate SQL coding skills for data extraction and manipulation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management experience
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience working to tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly insights
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Experience with project management tools (JIRA preferred)
