About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing Business Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Power BI and SQL, and a working knowledge of ERP systems is a plus. You will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI • Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver insights • Assist in data integration projects involving ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement • Support ad hoc reporting and data requests from stakeholders Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field • 2+ years of experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role • Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling) • Strong command of SQL for data extraction and transformation • Experience working with or integrating data from ERP systems (nice to have) • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills: • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, Snowflake) • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts • Experience with Python or R for data analysis (optional) The salary range for this position is $40/hr to $60/hr W2.
