This is a 12-month fully remote contract with a leading organisation leveraging the Microsoft tech stack, including Dynamics 365, Azure, and Microsoft Fabric. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports • Transform complex data sets into clean, insightful visualisations to support business decisions • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions • Integrate and model data from Dynamics 365 and Azure-based data sources • Optimise Power BI performance, implement best practices, and maintain data integrity across reports • Support and guide the business on Power BI capabilities and usage Essential Skills & Experience: • Proven experience as a Power BI Developer in a commercial environment • Strong understanding of DAX, Power Query, and Power BI Service • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 (Finance, SCM, CE, or equivalent modules) • Experience working with Azure data services (e.g., Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake) • Solid understanding of data modelling and relational databases Desirable: • Exposure to Microsoft Fabric • Experience working in agile, cross-functional data teams • Any experience with broader Power Platform tools is a bonus
