Business Intelligence Analyst (Power BI)
Overview
We are seeking a data-driven Business Intelligence Analyst to support enterprise reporting, analytics, and decision-making. This role will own end-to-end data analysis, dashboard development, and executive reporting, working with complex datasets to deliver clear, actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to support operational and business reporting
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, and automated reporting solutions
- Analyze key performance metrics (e.g., volume, turnaround times, productivity) to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Translate data into clear, executive-ready presentations and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven insights for decision-making
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and dashboards while documenting logic and assumptions
- Continuously improve reporting processes, data quality, and analytics capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
- Advanced experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling)
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with large, complex datasets
- Industry experience in healthcare or similar data-intensive environments is a plus
