Job purpose
We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer to support our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Digital Marketing Team. In this role, you will develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards that provide insights into our digital marketing campaigns and measure financial performance.
The DTC Digital Marketing Team focuses on directly recruiting students through digital channels such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and HubSpot. We run paid campaigns to drive inquiries and enrolments across a variety of education products.
Youβll be responsible for transforming digital marketing and financial measurement requirements into data solutions β building and implementing calculations for key metrics (e.g., gross margins, customer lifetime value, conversion rates), developing dashboards to visualise these insights, and maintaining existing reports as our product range and metrics evolve.
This is a mid-level role, ideal for someone with hands-on experience in digital marketing analytics who is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in working independently and with stakeholders.
Main duties and responsibilities
Dashboard Development & Maintenance
Ownership of Development Lifecycle:
β’ Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
β’ Design and Development: Create calculations for marketing and financial KPIs and build reports according to business briefs.
β’ Testing and Validation: Test reports for accuracy and validate with stakeholders.
β’ Deployment: Roll out reports to the end-users.
β’ Feedback and Iteration: Collect feedback and make necessary improvements.
β’ Maintenance: Keep reports up to date and make sure the data stays accurate.
Data Modelling & Insights
β’ Integrate data from platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot, Intrinsiq, and other payment systems into Power BI for analysis and reporting. Acting as a bridge between data engineers and business stakeholders to identify fields from data sources to bring into the data warehouse
β’ Develop robust Power BI data models using DAX and Power Query.
β’ Support financial and digital marketing performance analysis by building new measures and visualizations.
Business Insight & Collaboration
β’ Work closely with digital marketing and finance teams to gather reporting requirements.
β’ Translate business needs into clear, functional BI solutions.
β’ Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

β’ Enhanced DBS disclosure check or overseas equivalent
Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field or substantive experience in a similar role
β’ Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (Desirable)
Experience and knowledge
β’ Proven experience in gathering business requirements and translate them into robust Power BI calculations, as well as developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, ideally within a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) digital marketing environment.
β’ Experience working with digital marketing platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and HubSpot.
β’ Familiar with working in fast-paced, collaborative teams and managing multiple projects and reporting needs simultaneously.
Skills and abilities
β’ Advanced user of Power BI, Microsoft Excel(Advanced DAX, Dashboarding and Excel skills are essential)
β’ Knowledge of SQL with several years of practical SQL experience in data role.
β’ Strong understanding of data modelling

β’ Can-do attitude, with a strong work ethic and ability to manage tight deadlines.
