Power BI Developer – Contract Glasgow – 3 days/week onsite minimum (Ideally 5) Contract length- 6 months Outside IR35 Start- ASAP We're working with a well known consumer goods Dairy company, currently undergoing a major digital transformation. They’re implementing a new subscription and billing platform that goes live in November, and are rebuilding all internal reporting within a modern Azure-based data environment. They’re now looking for a Power BI Developer to take ownership of 50+ management and operational reports in a greenfield setup. Key Skills: • Power BI – strong across DAX, Power Query, dataflows and report builds • Azure SQL MI, Azure Data Factory • Databricks experience – pipelines, data transformation, Parquet files • Solid understanding of data modelling – star schema, semantic layers • Bonus: familiarity with Kimball methodology, SCDs, Delta Live Tables, Unity Catalog The Ideal Candidate: • A hands-on builder/doer – someone who delivers fast and figures things out independently • Experience rebuilding reporting from scratch in cloud data platforms • Comfortable working onsite 3 days/week in Glasgow with commercial stakeholders • 50+ reports in scope • Modern Azure + Databricks stack • fast-moving programme in a high-impact, visible role Please apply quickly if interested as the role will move quickly.
