We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform to support the development of dynamic dashboards, reporting tools, and workflow automation solutions. This individual will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making through innovative business intelligence (BI) solutions and efficient process automation. The ideal candidate will have experience building Power BI reports and dashboards, writing complex SQL queries, and integrating data across multiple sources. Additionally, the candidate should be adept at creating Power Apps and Power Automate workflows, as well as communicating effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and paginated reports • Write and optimize complex SQL queries, including joins, views, and stored procedures • Connect Power BI to various data sources (SQL Server, SharePoint, etc.) and configure data refreshes • Create custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps • Automate business workflows using Microsoft Power Automate • Translate business needs into technical specifications and BI solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights • Ensure the accuracy, performance, and usability of BI and Power Platform solutions • Provide training and documentation to users on Power BI reports and Power Platform tools • Maintain compliance with internal standards and best practices for data governance and security Required Qualifications: • Proficiency in Power BI including DAX, Power Query, and custom visuals • Strong SQL skills, including writing stored procedures and performance tuning • Experience working with relational databases and connecting them to BI platforms • Proven expertise with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences • Minimum 5 years providing BI and Power Platform services in a professional setting • Experience supporting clients in manufacturing, sales, or leasing industries preferred If interested please apply with resume.
