Power BI Developer Willow Grove, PA (Onsite Role) 6-12+Months • Design, develop, and maintain dynamic dashboards and data visualizations using Microsoft Power BI and related tools. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and analysts to gather and define data reporting and analysis requirements. • Implement and manage business intelligence reports, dashboards, and data warehouse solutions aligned with business objectives. • Define and execute data visualization strategies, ensuring alignment with analytics goals and business needs. • Analyze systems and data, ensuring architectural solutions meet both functional and technical requirements. • Adhere to SDLC, coding standards, and best practices for scalable, high-quality, and optimized code. • Conduct data research, root cause analysis, and provide production support for technical issues. • Lead code reviews, solution architecture discussions, and ensure optimal tool selection for data capabilities. • Support database administrators and developers in building and optimizing data warehousing systems for reporting and analytics. • Assist in data administration, modeling, and integration for BI environments (SQL Server or similar). • Utilize analytics and data mining techniques for problem-solving and business decision support. • Drive data-driven innovation, including adoption of AI and new analytical approaches and technologies. • Oversee development and deployment of enterprise data and analytics platforms, ensuring quality, traceability, and usability. • Monitor and enhance ETL jobs and ensure timely, optimal completion. • Communicate and present complex data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Stay updated with industry best practices, especially regarding data privacy (PII, GDPR), and emerging technologies (Snowflake, Data Bricks, Microsoft Fabric, etc.). • Work primarily onsite in Willow Grove, PA, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
