Role description
Power BI Developer Willow Grove, PA (Onsite Role) 6-12+Months β€’ Design, develop, and maintain dynamic dashboards and data visualizations using Microsoft Power BI and related tools. β€’ Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and analysts to gather and define data reporting and analysis requirements. β€’ Implement and manage business intelligence reports, dashboards, and data warehouse solutions aligned with business objectives. β€’ Define and execute data visualization strategies, ensuring alignment with analytics goals and business needs. β€’ Analyze systems and data, ensuring architectural solutions meet both functional and technical requirements. β€’ Adhere to SDLC, coding standards, and best practices for scalable, high-quality, and optimized code. β€’ Conduct data research, root cause analysis, and provide production support for technical issues. β€’ Lead code reviews, solution architecture discussions, and ensure optimal tool selection for data capabilities. β€’ Support database administrators and developers in building and optimizing data warehousing systems for reporting and analytics. β€’ Assist in data administration, modeling, and integration for BI environments (SQL Server or similar). β€’ Utilize analytics and data mining techniques for problem-solving and business decision support. β€’ Drive data-driven innovation, including adoption of AI and new analytical approaches and technologies. β€’ Oversee development and deployment of enterprise data and analytics platforms, ensuring quality, traceability, and usability. β€’ Monitor and enhance ETL jobs and ensure timely, optimal completion. β€’ Communicate and present complex data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. β€’ Stay updated with industry best practices, especially regarding data privacy (PII, GDPR), and emerging technologies (Snowflake, Data Bricks, Microsoft Fabric, etc.). β€’ Work primarily onsite in Willow Grove, PA, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
