Onsite position - Lisle, 4 days to present at office Hourly rate - $65 Role Overview:SAP The resource will provide technical reporting analyst services under the direction of International Financial, with responsibilities including: • ERP Application Expertise: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to SAP ERP. • Business Analysis Leadership: Act as Lead Business Analyst for applications within the Equipment Retail and Wholesale Finance business unit. • Requirements Management: Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify, analyze, and document reporting requirements. • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance reporting capabilities and streamline lending processes. • Reporting Development: Lead the reporting development stream for IFIN and support SAP ERP implementation reporting requirements. • Testing Leadership: Develop and document test scenarios and cases; lead SIT and regression testing with end-to-end scenarios. • Project Coordination: Work closely with developers to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes. • Configuration & Training: Configure reporting solutions, prepare training materials, and conduct end-user training sessions. • Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to IT and business leadership. ETL Documentation Responsibilities: • Document end-to-end ETL processes, including data sources, extraction methods, transformation logic, and load schedules. • Maintain data flow diagrams, data dictionaries, and metadata for integrated systems. • Collaborate with ETL developers and architects to ensure compliance with data governance standards. • Track changes to ETL jobs and maintain version-controlled documentation. • Support audit and compliance efforts with accurate data lineage documentation. Power BI Reporting Documentation: • Document dashboard structures, logic, and data sources. • Maintain report specifications, including KPIs, filters, DAX measures, and data models. • Ensure alignment with business definitions and reporting requirements. • Maintain a centralized repository for reporting assets and documentation. • Document refresh schedules, access controls, and performance optimization techniques.
