Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
• Build advanced data models, DAX queries, and ETL pipelines to support reporting and analytics needs.
• Integrate and analyze large datasets from multiple financial systems and sources, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, analysts, and business teams to translate requirements into effective reporting solutions.
• Automate reporting processes and implement scalable solutions using Python for data transformation and enrichment.
• Leverage Azure Cloud services for data storage, integration, and performance optimization.
• Provide support for ad-hoc analysis and exploratory data projects as needed.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements, governance, and best practices for data visualization and reporting.
Qualifications
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query, custom visuals).
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and integration.
• Experience with Tableau or other visualization tools (nice to have).
• Background in financial services, asset management, or banking.
• Knowledge of Fixed Income products and related financial datasets (highly preferred).
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud (Data Lake, Synapse, Data Factory, or equivalent).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
A reasonable, good-faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $80/Hr to $85/Hr with Limited benefits
