This role is not hands-on development, but the candidate must have a strong technical understanding of Power BI and how dashboards are built and maintained. You will take ownership of Power BI dashboard products, guiding teams and ensuring the product aligns with the business’s strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of Power BI dashboards and related products. Work closely with business units to understand US point-of-sale systems, labor systems, and other operational data sources. Liaise between technical development teams and business stakeholders. Guide and support technical teams in dashboard development. Update and manage user stories, documentation, and backlog using Azure DevOps (ADO) — familiarity with ADO is preferred; JIRA experience is transferable. Ensure timely communication and clear documentation throughout the lifecycle. Preferred Skills: Strong technical understanding of Power BI (data modeling, dashboard design, backend logic). Familiar with Azure DevOps for tracking Epics and user stories. Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Previous experience in a Product Owner or Business Analyst role with Power BI-heavy environments.
