Salary: DOE Description We are looking for a skilled Power BI Reporting Specialist to join our team in Lenexa, Kansas. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in transforming financial data into actionable insights through advanced reporting and analytics. Responsibilities • Develop and maintain insightful reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI to support financial and business decision-making. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and translate requirements into effective data solutions. • Utilize data mining techniques to analyze and interpret financial data, ensuring accuracy and relevance. • Integrate accounting software systems and CRM platforms to streamline reporting workflows. • Conduct regular reviews of accounting functions to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI reporting and other business intelligence tools. • Provide training and support to team members on the use of Power BI and related systems. • Monitor data integrity across reporting systems and implement enhancements as needed. • Assist in improving processes for data collection, analysis, and visualization. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and financial reporting. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including report creation and dashboard development. • Strong understanding of accounting software systems and CRM platforms. • Experience with data mining techniques and financial data analysis. • Knowledge of accounting functions and processes. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in business intelligence tools. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and collaboration abilities. • Familiarity with industry trends and advancements in financial reporting technologies.
