Role description
We are hiring for Power BI Specialist / Consultant
Location : Hybrid & 2 to 3 days in Liverpool Office
Should have strong expertise in Power BI within Insurance Domain, focusing on end-to-end production report development and team mentorship
Proven track record of building production-grade reports from data preparation to final visual delivery, alongside experience coaching and upskilling analysts on best practices.
Advanced data modeling, clean and maintainable DAX writing, complex data transformation using Power Query (M), and a strong eye for visual design and user experience (UX).
Power BI (Desktop and Service), Power Query, DAX, Microsoft Fabric components, and data visualization tools, with custom visual development listed as a plus.
Designing high-performance, visually appealing reports; establishing modeling best practices; documenting datasets/measures; and actively upskling internal developer teams.
