We are hiring for a Power BI Technical Lead role in an exciting remote career opportunity.
Engineering Lead support on projects such as Planview, Paylocity, and other NASCO digital applications. The project will include some Automation scripts running.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and analytically strong professional with experience designing, testing, and supporting moderate to complex technical solutions while effectively leading or guiding team efforts.
They demonstrate solid knowledge of software development practices, - Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Pages, SQL, and web services, and can translate business requirements into reliable system enhancements.
This individual is collaborative, proactive in resolving production issues, and brings a continuous improvement and automation mindset to support enterprise data and claim processing environments.
Support for Microsoft Power Platform - Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Pages. Business-level knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and how collaboration tools enable productivity at scale
Required Experience:
10+ years of IT experience
3 years of experience across all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, application development, testing, and implementation - Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Pages, SQL, and web services
3 years of experience analyzing business requirements, coding applications, and developing and executing software testing strategies
3 years of experience serving as a technical lead on projects, including providing guidance, oversight, and mentoring to other system engineers
General to working experience knowledge of the Health Care Payer industry
Required Education:
Bachelorβs degree with a computer science, engineering, business, or mechanical engineering major or related field
