Power BI/Power Apps Developer

Our client is seeking a Power BI / Power Apps Developer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Power BI / Power Apps Developer Location: Jersey City, NJ OR Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) Pay Range: Market (Due to client rules, we are unable to work with 3rd party subcontractors) What's the Job? • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and Power Apps to support visibility and control of various reporting and business needs. • Gather and interpret business requirements from cross-functional business teams. • Integrate PowerBI and Power Apps with other platforms such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and third-party APIs. • Build user-friendly interfaces and apps that bridge the gap between business operations and technology platforms. • Clearly communicate complex technical solutions and dashboards to non-technical users and leadership. What's Needed? • 5+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports. • 5+ years of hands-on experience building solutions in Power Apps with a user-centered approach. • Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling. • Hands-on experience with Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-Driven apps. • Proficient in SQL and database management. • Familiarity with Power Automate for workflow automation. • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent experience).
