Power Platform & AI Solutions Administrator

Peak Performers has partnered with a Texas State Agency to assist in their search for a Power Platform & AI Solutions Administrator . In this W2- contract position, you will lead the upgrade, governance, and troubleshooting of the Power Platform Center of Excellence. Major duties • Administer and support Dynamics 365 CRM, including configuration, customization, and integration with Power Platform. • Develop and maintain Power Platform Canvas apps to meet business needs. • Document processes and ensure consistent workflows across CRM and Power Platform solutions. • Govern and support Microsoft 365 Copilot usage, including user enablement, policy compliance, and performance monitoring. • Administer AI capabilities within Power Platform and M365, ensuring responsible use and alignment with business goals. • Provide expertise in Co-Pilot Studio to streamline development and automation processes. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements in workflows and reporting.
