Compa Industries is searching for qualified candidates for a Power Platform Developer – Specialist I position at our client in Aiken or Greenville, SC. Salary: $60/hr - $65/hr Location: Greenville, SC Citizenship: US Citizenship Required Clearance: Need the ability to acquire a clearance 🚫 Mandatory Experience Requirement – Read Before Applying β€’ Candidates must be U.S. Citizens; proof of citizenship is required. β€’ Candidates must have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 GCC High environments, including Power Platform tools (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.). β€’ Candidates must have experience transforming legacy SharePoint workflows to Power Automate solutions; applicants without this experience will not be considered. Impact This role is critical in architecting, building, and implementing collaboration solutions that fully leverage the Microsoft 365 GCC High Power Platform. The Specialist I will contribute to enterprise-level workflow solutions, enabling secure, compliant, and efficient business processes aligned with organizational and government standards. Responsibilities and Duties β€’ Maintain planning, monitoring, and reporting processes to ensure timely project completion β€’ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align solutions with business goals β€’ Lead and coordinate project status meetings, milestones, and deliverables β€’ Assist in design, development, testing, and deployment of workflow solutions β€’ Develop enterprise-level applications using PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI β€’ Support workflow-related IT projects and provide technical guidance to team members β€’ Participate in cross-functional discussions for issue resolution and solution optimization β€’ Maintain documentation including coding standards, procedures, and user manuals β€’ Ensure solutions meet customer needs and maintain a strong user-focused approach β€’ Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices β€’ Contribute to process improvements and innovation initiatives β€’ Ensure compliance with IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and data privacy regulations β€’ Support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives β€’ Travel as needed for business purposes Minimum Qualifications β€’ Strong technical knowledge in Power Platform development and Microsoft 365 ecosystem β€’ Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders (management, clients, vendors, etc.) β€’ Ability to work efficiently in time-sensitive environments with strong attention to detail β€’ Ability to learn and apply applicable laws, regulations, and standards Desired Skills β€’ Experience with SharePoint Subscription Service β€’ Knowledge of Government Compliance and Data Security standards β€’ Familiarity with NIST 800-171 and CMMC frameworks β€’ Experience with Dataverse, Power Pages, and hybrid cloud environments β€’ Experience with change management, release management, and incident ticketing β€’ Strong data analysis, reporting, and documentation skills Education and Experience Requirements β€’ Accredited four (4) year degree in a related field and five (5) years of relevant experience β€’ OR β€’ A combination of education and directly related experience totaling nine (9) years Required Experience Includes: β€’ Microsoft 365 GCC High tenant applications (SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse, etc.) β€’ Transforming legacy SharePoint workflows (2016/Designer) into Power Automate solutions β€’ Working across on-premises, Azure/O365 cloud, and hybrid environments β€’ Data & document management workflow design and implementation β€’ Application support, requirements gathering, and documentation Why Work at COMPA Industries?
