Optomi, in partnership with a leader in the Healthcare Manangement industry, is seeking a Senior Power Platforms Developer with CoPilot AI experience to support and expand the clientβs enterprise AI initiatives.
This position supports a large enterprise Microsoft 365 environment and is focused on building and scaling AI-driven solutions using Copilot Studio and the broader Power Platform suite. The team has begun rolling out M365 Copilot and ChatGPT-style agents and is seeking a hands-on developer who can hit the ground running, build impactful AI agents, and solve critical business challenges through innovation. This role is a high-visibility, strategic hire with the opportunity to define best practices, deliver enterprise-grade AI applications, and help upskill the organization in intelligent automation.
Must Have Skills/Requirements:
β’ Strong Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, custom connectors)
β’ Proven delivery of AI solutions using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or similar M365-integrated AI tools
β’ Experience translating business use cases into working AI agents
β’ Working knowledge of AI and prompt engineering concepts (RAG, grounding, LLM integration)
β’ Self-starter who can solve enterprise-level problems and articulate value/ROI
β’ Strong communicator and collaborator β can partner with business users, not just take orders
β’ Hands-on production experience in the last 12β24 months with AI/M365 technologies
Nice to Have Skills/Requirements:
β’ Experience working in large enterprise environments (healthcare experience a plus, not required)
β’ Exposure to Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and Copilot integration patterns
β’ Familiarity with AI governance and M365 security standards
