Job Summary
• Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Power Platform applications.
• Work with application developers to design solutions meeting business needs.
• Develop and manage data structures, flows, integrations, and enforce data security.
• Oversee app and flow development, deployment, promotion, and version control.
• Create and manage environments, assign permissions/licenses, monitor usage/capacity, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Enforce governance policies, conduct log/performance reviews, and maintain documentation for developers and users.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power Platform issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather/document requirements and promote Power Platform adoption.
• Maintain strong communication with technical and non-technical teams.
• Stay updated on Microsoft best practices and implement accordingly.
Required Skills/Qualifications
• 4+ years in Power Apps administration (environment management, deployment, permissions).
• 3+ years in Power Automate administration (flow/security management).
• 4+ years working with Dataverse (data modeling, security/permissions, business rules).
• 3+ years with Azure Active Directory/Entra ID (user/group management, authentication, access policies).
• 2+ years in Power Platform governance (environment strategy, DLP, auditing).
• 2+ years in Power BI (workspace, dataset/report management, security).
• Experience with troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Familiarity with Git for source control and configuration management.
• PowerShell scripting for automation and environment maintenance.
• Experience with Power Pages (website management, security, Dataverse integration).
• Relevant Microsoft Power Platform certifications (preferred).
• Strong documentation, requirement gathering, and customer service skills.
• Must be able to work hybrid in Lansing, MI (2 days/week in office); no remote-only option.
• Preference for candidates with State/Department of Transportation project experience.
