e&e is seeking a Power Platform Developer for a hybrid contract opportunity in Washington, D.C.!
We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoftβs Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. The ideal candidate will leverage low-code/no-code tools to streamline business processes, build custom applications, automate workflows, and deliver data-driven insights. This role collaborates closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
β’ Design and build custom applications using Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-Driven apps.
β’ Automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate to increase operational efficiency.
β’ Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI for data visualization and decision-making.
β’ Integrate data from multiple sources such as Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure, SQL databases, and external APIs.
β’ Ensure compliance with security protocols, data governance, and regulatory requirements.
β’ Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of Power Platform solutions.
β’ Document solutions, processes, and technical configurations.
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
β’ Mentor and assist power users in building their own apps and flows using the Power Platform.
β’ Stay current with new features, updates, and best practices within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
Requirements:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Masterβs degree preferred.
β’ 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
β’ Strong knowledge of data modeling, SQL, and data integration techniques.
β’ Proficiency with JavaScript, JSON, and optionally C# or Python for custom development and integrations.
β’ Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Office 365 ecosystem.
β’ Solid understanding of API integrations and RESTful services.
β’ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
β’ Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-100) are a plus.
β’ Familiarity with content management and version control systems.
