Role: Power Platform Developer
Location: Mount Laurel, NJ/Charlotte, NC (Hybrid 3 days Onsite)
Responsibilities
β’ Develop and maintain Power Apps applications tailored for compliance tracking and reporting.
β’ Automate workflows using Power Automate to ensure regulatory processes are efficient and auditable.
β’ Create dashboards and reports in Power BI to provide real-time compliance insights.
β’ Integrate Power Platform solutions with other enterprise systems and compliance tools.
β’ Ensure security and governance by implementing best practices for data protection and access control.
β’ Collaborate with compliance teams to understand regulatory requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
β’ Monitor and maintain compliance-related applications, ensuring they meet evolving regulatory standards.
β’ Provide training and support to end-users on compliance applications and workflows.
Qualifications
β’ Experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
β’ Understanding of compliance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, or industry-specific regulations.
β’ Knowledge of data security and governance best practices.
β’ Experience with API integrations and connecting Power Platform solutions to external systems.
β’ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
