Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Power Platform Developer to join our team. The Power Platform Developer will design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform to solve business challenges and improve processes.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Lead the development of a cloud-based web application solution.
β’ Develop, test, and deploy Power Apps defect resolutions and enhancements.
β’ Design and implement Power Automate workflows to improve business process efficiency.
β’ Participate in requirements gathering and refinement sessions with stakeholders.
β’ Design system architecture and create the initial database structure.
β’ Develop and integrate functionalities using Azure SQL, Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power BI.
β’ Deploy the solution to the live environment and conduct end-user training sessions.
β’ Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure solution stability.
β’ Assist in post-implementation support and strategic planning.
β’ Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the platform's performance and user experience.
Requirements
β’ Strong hands-on experience with Azure SQL and the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power BI.
β’ Proven experience in developing solutions using the Power Platform.
β’ Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
β’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Strong understanding of database design, maintenance, and querying.
β’ Certification as an MS Power Platform Developer (PL-400) is a plus.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is a plus but not required.
Preferred Experience:
β’ 3-4 years experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
β’ Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools inside Power BI.
β’ Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
β’ Ability to translate abstract business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
β’ Strong technical leadership and attention to detail.
