Desired Skills & Experience:
β’ 7+ years of experience as a software architect, lead developer, or development manager
β’ Strong experience with enterprise application architecture and system design across large-scale environments
β’ Expertise in Microsoft tech stack including .NET, C#, Angular, SQL Server, and Azure
β’ Experience designing and implementing scalable, enterprise-level solutions and architecture standards
β’ Experience leading technical teams and overseeing full SDLC from development through production
β’ Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and development methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
β’ Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture frameworks
Job Description:
This individual will serve as a senior technical leader responsible for defining and driving enterprise application architecture strategy. Responsibilities include making high-level design decisions, establishing development standards, and ensuring scalable, efficient solutions across cross-functional projects. This role involves designing and implementing solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies, including, .NET, Angular, SharePoint, and Power Platform, while driving continuous improvement and innovation across the organization
Compensation:
$55/hr to $65/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
