Power Platform Developer

Desired Skills & Experience: • 7+ years of experience as a software architect, lead developer, or development manager • Strong experience with enterprise application architecture and system design across large-scale environments • Expertise in Microsoft tech stack including .NET, C#, Angular, SQL Server, and Azure • Experience designing and implementing scalable, enterprise-level solutions and architecture standards • Experience leading technical teams and overseeing full SDLC from development through production • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and development methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture frameworks Job Description: This individual will serve as a senior technical leader responsible for defining and driving enterprise application architecture strategy. Responsibilities include making high-level design decisions, establishing development standards, and ensuring scalable, efficient solutions across cross-functional projects. This role involves designing and implementing solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies, including, .NET, Angular, SharePoint, and Power Platform, while driving continuous improvement and innovation across the organization Compensation: $55/hr to $65/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
