Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
• Automate workflows and integrate systems using Power Automate.
• Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
• Work with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and other data sources to manage and manipulate data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with best practices.
• Provide support, maintenance, and enhancements to existing Power Platform solutions.
• Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform updates and new features.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Dynamics 365 is a plus.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
• Familiarity with connectors, APIs, and integration techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills:
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400).
• Experience with Azure services and custom connectors.
• Knowledge of governance, security, and compliance within Power Platform.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
