Power Platform Developer

Position : Power Platform Developer Duration : 8-Months Approx. Location : Richmond, VA Job Description: • VDOT is seeking an experienced Programmer Analyst 3 to support and enhance its digital transformation initiatives using Microsoft Power Platform. Responsibilities: • Maintain and support existing custom solutions built with Microsoft Power Platform components: • Power Apps • Power Automate • Power BI • Power Virtual Agents • Data verse • Develop new solutions to improve business processes, workflow, and automation. • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver user-centric solutions. • Stay current with the latest capabilities, updates, and trends in the Power Platform ecosystem. • Use Power FX to build logic and interactivity within Power Platform applications. • Provide expert-level technical guidance throughout the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC). • Mentor and collaborate with other team members in the development process. Required Qualifications: • Proven expertise in Microsoft Power Platform. • Proficiency in Power FX formula language. • Strong understanding of workflows, business processes, and automation solutions. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Must have or be able to obtain Microsoft PL-900: Power Platform Fundamentals certification within 30 days of starting. Skills: Required Skills: 10 Years Individual is able to work without assistance; is able to manage complex work efforts; may have advanced education; may have deep industry experience; 10 Years Develop Microsoft Power Platform (Proficient in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint solutions). 8 Years Must be proficient in Power FX formula language for the Power Platform. 1 Months Must have or be able to obtain within 30 days The Microsoft PL-900: Power Platform Fundamentals certification.
