Job Opportunity: Power Platform Developer Location: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) We are currently looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer to join our client's team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with strong skills in Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. As a Power Platform Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom business applications and workflows to enhance productivity and streamline operations. Key Responsibilities: • Design and Develop Solutions: Build and implement solutions using Power Platform tools to address business challenges and optimize processes. • Integration: Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and/or internal systems. • Collaboration: Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications. • Support and Training: Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on all Power Platform tools. • Stay Updated: Keep up with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance your expertise in Power Platform. Qualifications: • Experience: A minimum of 8 years of technical IT experience, with at least 3-5 years of specialized experience in developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Familiarity with M365 applications is essential. Skills: • Strong proficiency in Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. • Experience with SharePoint development and customization is preferred. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and within a team. • Proficiency in data modeling, DAX queries, Power FX, and PowerShell. • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred. Microsoft PL-400 Power Platform Developer Associate certification and Microsoft PL-300 Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification are a plus. • Additional Skills: Experience with process gap analysis, solution design, application development, and/or ETL processes. SharePoint development experience is a plus.
