Role description
What you’ll do... β€’ Implement functional, high-performing tools across Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft Copilot based on general solution designs. β€’ Build the connective tissue between systems with a focus on automation triggers and AI-driven workflows that simplify business processes. β€’ Serve as the primary technical point of contact for data fire drills by investigating discrepancies to find the root cause. β€’ Write and execute SQL queries to audit source data and ensure information integrity across all reports and applications. β€’ Design and maintain streamlined Power Apps that provide user-friendly interfaces for data interaction. β€’ Collaborate with the ETL and Data Engineering teams to communicate diagnostic findings and ensure seamless data flow. What we’re looking for... β€’ Proven experience effectively implementing solutions within Power Automate and Power BI visuals. β€’ Hands-on experience or a strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot integration and prompt engineering. β€’ Proficiency in writing SQL queries to troubleshoot, join, and audit data within a database environment. β€’ A proven ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and identify root causes in multi-layered data environments. β€’ Deep understanding of logic flows and how to optimize them for performance and reliability in a low-code setting. β€’ Ability to explain technical breaks to non-technical stakeholders and provide clear requirements to backend teams. β€’ Note: Extensive DAX or backend ETL pipeline construction is not required for this role, as these functions are supported by other teams.
