Job Title: PowerApps Developer
Location: Dallas, Texas (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in supporting a major migration initiative within the commercial real estate space. Our team is focused on modernizing legacy high-risk business technology applications using advanced tools on the Power Platform.
Responsibilities
• Lead the migration and redevelopment of legacy database applications to the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Establish and document effective patterns and processes for application transfer within the organization.
• Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, developers, and business stakeholders on technical implementation and integration.
• Train and guide a small team on Power Platform technologies, ensuring knowledge transfer and project continuity.
Required
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and SQL Server.
• Experience with Access database systems, including migration or redevelopment projects.
• Proficiency in .NET full stack development and API creation for system integration.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a UX-focused mindset for streamlined app design.
