Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Developer/Analyst to lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Power Platform solutions. This role will support the modernization of business functions by transitioning legacy applications, such as Microsoft Access, to scalable, secure, and efficient solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical skills with strong business analysis capabilities and is comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Design and develop complex Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to replace and enhance existing business applications.
β’ Lead the integration of Power Platform applications with third-party tools such as DocuSign Power Forms to enable automated document workflows.
β’ Gather, analyze, and validate business and functional requirements through user interviews, workshops, and specification reviews.
β’ Collaborate with executive leadership, project teams, and stakeholders to align technology solutions with strategic objectives.
β’ Draft and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides to ensure long-term maintainability and scalability.
β’ Guide and mentor junior developers, establishing and enforcing best practices, coding standards, and governance protocols for Power Platform development.
β’ Ensure high standards of data security, compliance, and data integrity across all developed solutions.
β’ Collaborate with Data Engineering and Technology teams to validate architecture and integration plans.
β’ Participate in or lead meetings with the Payments Transformation and Commercial Card teams to ensure cohesive end-user technology strategies.
β’ Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in Power Platform, low-code/no-code development, and enterprise workflow automation.
Required Qualifications
β’ Proven experience designing and developing applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
β’ Experience transitioning business functions from Microsoft Access (VBA) to Power Platform-based solutions.
β’ Proficiency with SharePoint Online, Excel, and other Office 365 tools for end-user computing solutions.
β’ Strong skills in requirements gathering, process modeling, and iterative development methodologies.
β’ Experience creating test plans, managing UAT, and supporting user adoption.
β’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Comfortable working and communicating with individuals at all levels of an organization, including executives and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Experience integrating Power Platform with DocuSign, Dynamics 365, or other enterprise platforms.
β’ Familiarity with Agile or Hybrid SDLC environments.
β’ Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and security best practices.
β’ Background in Commercial Card, Payments, or Financial Services domains is a plus.
