Below is the job description for the position: Job Title: PowerBuilder Developer/Programmer Location: Saint Paul, Minnesota (Remote) Duration: 12-Month Contract Key Responsibilities: • Identify and fix bugs, implement enhancements, and maintain PowerBuilder applications using Jira for task tracking • Troubleshoot legacy PowerBuilder application issues in coordination with Technical Leads and Business Analysts • Conduct unit and code testing following MNIT standards and best practices • Support QA and UAT testing efforts • Participate in source code, change, and release management activities • Provide development support for modernization efforts within Drinking Water Protection systems • Attend and contribute to project planning, sprint meetings, and code reviews • Perform current state analysis and effort estimation for assigned tasks • Communicate progress, risks, and blockers proactively • Participate in Java migration or modernization efforts as required • Provide comprehensive knowledge transfer to State staff • Perform other related duties as assigned Desired Qualifications: • Proven experience in PowerBuilder application development • Experience with PL/SQL and writing database procedures • Familiarity with PFC (PowerBuilder Foundation Class) libraries • Experience in Client-Server technologies such as VB, Delphi, or PowerBuilder • Proficiency with Git for source code version control • Strong SQL skills related to CRUD operations and view creation • Experience working with Oracle relational databases • Ability to work with legacy codebases and perform enhancements or bug fixes • Exposure to front-end JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue (a plus) Thanks & Regards Infojini Consulting Website: https://www.infojiniconsulting.com Address: 10015 Old Columbia Road, Suite B 215, Columbia, MD 21046
