The role is fully onsite in New York, NY, and involves collaboration across field support, operations, and service teams to enhance productivity, streamline tasks, and improve service delivery outcomes. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze operational data to identify patterns, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities • Support field teams by generating reports, dashboards, and data summaries • Collaborate with operations, service, and support teams to streamline service delivery • Maintain and update data records, logs, and field activity reports • Conduct data accuracy checks and process improvement initiatives • Document findings and present actionable insights to stakeholders • Assist in implementation of new tools, processes, or technologies to improve service efficiency • Support compliance with service and operational standards • Handle service requests and escalation tracking from the field • Provide hands-on administrative and operational support as needed Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field • 2–4 years of experience in a technical analyst, operations analyst, or service coordination role • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office Suite, and basic databases • Experience in field service or technical support environments • Excellent organizational, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills • Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over assigned tasks.
