Principal AI/ML Advisor

Overview: Paragon Advisory is seeking a Principal Data Analytics Advisor to help enable data analytics capabilities for mission-driven clients in the education and nonprofit sectors. This role focuses on strengthening data sourcing, quality assessment, and analytics readiness to support impactful, evidence-based decision-making. You will work directly with client teams to assess data ecosystems, improve frameworks, and guide the development of scalable analytics strategies that support student success and workforce alignment. The ideal candidate combines a strategic mindset with deep expertise in data analysis, governance, and public data ecosystems. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate internal and external data sources for quality, usability, and alignment with program goals Strengthen frameworks and processes to support analytics, insight generation, and decision enablement Identify data sourcing opportunities across education and workforce domains (e.g., NSC, NLx)Collaborate closely with stakeholders in an advisory capacity to shape strategy Deliver findings and recommendations in a clear, actionable format Recommend technical capabilities that will enable data strategies. Ideal Experience: 8+ years in data strategy, analytics, or governance Deep understanding of education-to-workforce data systems Experience with public or third-party data sources relevant to education and labor markets Familiarity with nonprofit or public sector data use cases Background in consulting, especially within boutique or management consulting firms Knowledge of data strategy frameworks (e.g., DCAM, CDMC, DMBOK) is a plus Compensation: $600–$960/day(1099 through Paragon Advisory) and based on experience Apply By: September 17, 2025 Why Work with Paragon Advisory?
