Play a key role in shaping best practices and governance for ARIS across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
ARIS Administration:
• Develop and implement governance policies that ensure ARIS is optimized for our business.
• Collaborate with IT teams to maintain system security and seamless integration with other tools.
• Manage user roles and permissions, ensuring proper access control in ARIS.
Database Configuration & Management:
• Oversee data quality and consistency in database objects and libraries.
• Implement robust backup and disaster recovery strategies for ARIS repositories.
User Interface & Capability Configuration:
• Customize the ARIS user interface to meet business needs, enhancing usability and insights.
• Manage UAT for new ARIS Service Releases and define a capability roadmap for maximum value.
User Support & Training:
• Create user guides, FAQs, and best practices to empower users.
• Conduct engaging training sessions to boost user competency and adoption of ARIS.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, translating requirements into actionable ARIS solutions.
Process Improvement & Governance:
• Partner with process owners to ensure alignment with business objectives and promote standardization.
• Advocate for continuous improvement and develop insightful dashboards within ARIS.
• Work across group brands to drive consistency and share best practices.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in ARIS administration or business process analysis.
• Strong knowledge of ARIS tools and business process modelling notation (EPC & BPMN).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with scripting for ARIS is a plus!
Preferred Certifications:
• ARIS Certified Administrator or equivalent certification.
• ITIL Foundation Certification (preferred but not required).
