We're seeking an experienced Procurement Data Analyst with a strong public sector background and in-depth knowledge of PCR 2015 and the Procurement Act 2023. You'll play a key role in implementing a new procurement platform (Ivalua), integrating across Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay, and working closely with systems like Workday.
What you'll do:
β’ Lead data strategy, migration, and quality assurance for a major procurement digital transformation
β’ Manage integration between Ivalua, Workday, and other enterprise platforms
β’ Design dashboards and KPIs to deliver actionable procurement insights
β’ Analyse data to identify trends, ensure compliance, and support strategic decisions
β’ S2C and P2P experience
β’ Champion sustainable, net-zero procurement practices
What we're looking for:
β’ Proven experience in procurement/data analyst roles within the public sector
β’ Expertise in UCR 2016, PCR 2015, and/or the Procurement Act 2023
β’ Hands-on experience with Ivalua, Workday, or similar systems
β’ Strong data analysis skills using SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
β’ Strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder engagement abilities
