Established in 2010, we pride ourselves on our commitment to integrity and respect in all our relationships, providing managed services, workforce staffing, and outsourced design across the United States Position Summary: This position is responsible for supporting the clientโ€™s business unit(s) by performing vendor and order management duties Responsibilities Develop expertise in the assigned supply chain supporting various client product lines Collaborate with commodity managers, R&D, operations, and manufacturing teams to perform competitive analysis on , current, and prospective new suppliers against business needs, production capacity, regulatory compliance, logistical footprint, and cost reduction initiatives Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and explore opportunities for ongoing service improvements and cost reductions Understand factory packaging requirements and actively manage supplier(s) orders to ensure factory requirements can be met. Communicate effectively with procurement team and supplier to identify and highlight shortages and work with suppliers on recovery plans. Understand the reporting needs across stakeholders, identify and improve workflow/process gaps, and better utilize tools to solve pain-points Collaborate with commodity managers and other procurement personnel to understand reporting requirements. Manage data reports/presentations/dashboards for management Help define and drive projects to implement improvements to data quality, updating and reporting Occasionally work 40+ hours in a week to meet certain team milestones Perform other duties as needed Education and Credential Requirements Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Engineering Management, or related field Certified In Production And Inventory Management preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred Certified Professional In Supply Management (Standards Organizations) preferred Eligible to work in the US without RLA sponsorship for employment visa status Experience Requirements 6-10 years of experience in a procurement, supply chain management, or strategic sourcing role Experience managing commodities in the technology industry Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data driven informed decisions. Experience developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders Experience using multiple data sources to perform data analysis including using relational databases (e.g. SQL/KQL) and data analysis/visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) Experience evaluating/onboarding new suppliers and analyzing supplier consolidation initiatives Skills Requirements Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently High proficiency using productivity software such as M365 (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams and SharePoint) Ability to use agile/scrum project/program management principles and methodologies to consistently meet task deadlines, triage changing priorities, and track issues to resolution Ability to collaborate across diverse teams with a customer service mindset Work Environment This position is located onsite in Spring, Texas The position typically operates in a standard office environment and/or from employeeโ€™s home Be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $38.46 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Vision insurance Work Location: In person
