The Technical Business Analyst will support the Azure Central APIM team deploying and managing Client API governance platform. This role bridges business needs and technical execution, ensuring seamless integration of Azure APIM, event-driven architectures, and iPaaS solutions. Required Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of API Management (Azure APIM), middleware, and integration frameworks. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies (user stories, sprint planning, backlog refinement). Proficiency in requirement management tools (Azure DevOps, JIRA, SharePoint). Ability to translate business needs into technical specs (epics, features, user stories). Experience in data-driven decision-making (performance metrics, customer feedback analysis). Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Preferred Education and Certification: Certifications in Azure API Management (APIM), Agile (CSM, CSPO), or Cloud Technologies. Master's degree in a relevant field (optional but a plus). Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Event/Messaging Platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and BDD. Basic understanding of programming (Python, Java, or NET) & API specs (OpenAPI/Swagger). Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) for reporting. Background in financial services or regulated industries (banking, fintech). Required Soft Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, designers).
