Job Title: Senior Analytics Engineer/ Product Analyst
Location: Mountain View, CA
Experience Required:
• 10+ years of experience in analytics
• 5+ years of experience leading 20+ A/B tests per quarter end-to-end
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
• Extensive experience in data analytics and product analytics, preferably supporting accounting automation or fintech products (e.g., QuickBooks Accounting Automation team).
• Define, monitor, and optimize product metrics, including workflow performance tracking.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to measure impact and drive product decisions.
• Strong expertise in SQL and Python for data extraction, analysis, and modeling.
• Advanced dashboarding skills using Tableau and Qlik Sense, with the ability to create clear, actionable dashboards for stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to independently drive projects from initiation to completion.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
