Role description
A recognized health services network in Florida is actively seeking a new Product Analyst to join their team in Orlando and focus on Pinnacle. In this role, the Product Analyst will be responsible for supporting the design, development, implementation, and optimization of the Pinnacle healthcare analytics platform within the hospital system.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across clinical, financial, and operational departments to gather requirements and translate them into Pinnacle system configurations and enhancements
Analyze workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, compliance, and patient safety using Pinnacle tools and reporting features
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on Pinnacle modules, dashboards, and analytics capabilities
Partner with IT teams to support system upgrades, integrations, and data migrations related to Pinnacle
Develop test plans, perform system testing, and validate results to ensure data accuracy and functionality
Provide tier-2 support for Pinnacle-related incidents, escalating issues as necessary
Design and deliver training materials, user guides, and documentation for clinicians and administrative staff
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot problems, and recommend corrective actions
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, hospital policies, and industry regulations in all Pinnacle-related activities
Support data governance efforts by validating data integrity and consistency across reporting platforms
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Healthcare IT, Product Analysis, or Clinical InformaticsBachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Business, or related field
Knowledge of Healthcare Operations, Terminology, and Regulatory requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to translate technical information into user-friendly documentation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desired Skills:
- Prior experience with Pinnacle software (or similar analytics/clinical decision support tools)Proficiency in SQL, Data Analysis, and Reporting tools
